I bought this cheese originally because it was a € less than its counterpart, Roquefort.  This is my favorite bleu cheese to crumble and put in my caesar salads!  Its also very tasty by itself on bread or crackers. It was very inexpensive, around 1€ for the small disk, and very tangy!  Not too smelly, not too creamy, a nice soft cheese with a bit of a bite to it!  The rind is edible and doesn't taste like anything really.
